This is a side view of the Aneth, Utah trading post. Behind me is the front of the existing trading post and gas station still in use. Actually, the only game in town.

This is a sample of tower ruins at Hovenweek ruins in southern Utah.

A couple of weeks ago my brother Joy (Joseph) and I went to see what is left of the three trading posts that my dad worked at as a young boy. At age 15 (1925) he worked at Sanotse, then the next year at Tocito (shown above).

This is all that is left of Tocito trading post. The Sanotse trading post has been remodeled and is now the post office. The Aneth trading post still exists and has been added onto in the front. I am not showing the Aneth trading post here.

Those are neat pictures. What part of Southern Utah are you in?
